The reception guy I forgot his name for sorry he was very kind, gentle and helpful. He was helping and guiding us very well. In addition, the location of hotel is perfect and quiet. Breakfast was very good but need minor enhancements to be added.

From the first day, I was truly impressed with this hotel, which fully lives up to its price. Even though I arrived a few hours early, they kindly offered to store my luggage so I could make the most of my time until my room was ready. The rooms are impeccably clean and thoroughly cleaned every day. The hot water and shower are in excellent condition, making it a pleasure to freshen up after long walks. The room is well-appointed, featuring a large TV, a big mirror, and a small couch. Overall, it is very comfortable. There is also a spacious wardrobe with several hangers for clothes. The breakfast is simply superb, offering everything from custom omelets to a daily selection of different hot dishes and a wide variety of choices. I also enjoyed dining at the hotel every evening throughout the week as the food was delicious. Even though the hotel is located away from the city center, this turned out to be an advantage since the center is quite noisy. The city is easily accessible by both taxi (which is expensive as it is across Turkey) and local minibuses (which one can get used to in just a few days). I ended up preferring taxis, but in hindsight, I wish I had used the minibuses more. The hotel looks exactly like the photos. I would love to return there again.

During our stay at the hotel, we had an absolutely wonderful and memorable experience. The hotel itself was exceptionally nice, providing a pleasant and comfortable environment with absolutely super clean rooms. Special thanks to Mr. Ozgur for his kindness, support, and constant smile which made a significant positive impact on our overall experience. His attentive and welcoming demeanor contributed to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. Considering all these positive aspects, we would rate this hotel a solid 10 out of 10.

Spacious room, upgraded to sea view, the sound insulation was impressive; I could hardly hear any noise from outside or neighboring rooms, allowing for a peaceful and restful experience. Clean room and bath, welcoming hotel lobby with good variety of breakfast buffet. Great staff at the reception and the restaurant.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, the beds were comfortable, and the room size was very good. The gym was also a highlight, equipped with new and modern equipment.

This is my 3rd stay and as usual one of the best hotel in the heart of Trabzon with good clean facilities plus acceptable breakfast in comprision with many brand hotels. Thanks to Azgar at the reception who upgrade one of the room to family suites with same cost prices. He was always ready to help and was very friendly. Samat lugguge handling staff was very helpful. The dinner is great with many variety plus tasty. . Many shops are located next to hotel like English Home, Polo and many brands. Close to Cevahir Mall and only 5 minutes to Trabzon airport. Ouside seenary is great specially during breakfast time with nice gardn plus green trees next to breakfast pantry area. Hotel will suited for family and very clean plus strongly recommended. Keep it up to standard Mercury Management and well done so far

Everything. The breakfast. The staff. The view. The comfort of the room. How spacious the room is. The amenities in the bathroom. Actual tissue box in the room. The lighting. The room service. The location. If you visit Trabzon, then this hotel is a must. It exceeded my expectations and it's better than other branded 5 star hotels based on my stays.
